School officials shall encourage and attend the professional growth of all teachers
under them such as recommending them for promotion, giving them due recognition for meritorious
performance, and allowing them to participate in conferences in training programs.

- There should always be an initiative from the heads to encourage all teachers to aim for higher to
education, they should support the attendance to different seminars and conferences while explaining
its importance to their career growth and promotion.

- School officials should be very vocal as regards in supporting teachers professional and personal
growth, encourage them to have their further studies, and to finish their master's degree. School
officials should command good behavior, good performance and able to recognize efforts because they
should not be only capitalizing on the not so good thing done by a teacher, you also need to capitalize
the good things done by this teacher.

For example, when you are give feedbacks it should always be in a sandwich form. The good things, the
bad thing, and you need to end it with the good things. You are not supposed to be giving this person
nothing but bad feedback or else you'll just dampening the spirit of this person. Teachers must also
encourage to attend seminars and encourage them to really participate in the seminar, learn something
from the seminar and not merely participate just to get a certificate. Teachers professional and personal
growth should never be left or forgotten in a school and it should always be encourage by the school
official.
