● 9x5 inch loaf pan
● 2 mixing bowls
● Hand mixer
Ingredients
● 3 ripe bananas, peeled
● 1 stick of unsalted butter, melted and cooled
● 2 eggs
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
● ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
● 2 cups all-purpose flour
● 1 cup granulated sugar
● 1 teaspoon baking soda
● ½ teaspoon salt
Procedure
1. Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350F or 325F respectively.
2. Grease your loaf pan with butter.
3. In a bowl, add bananas and mash with a hand mixer until smooth.(
● Aa few lumpsclumps are okay).
4. In the same bowl add butter, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until incorporated.
5. In a second bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
6. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
9. Bake for 45-55 minutes in your oven or 40-50 minutes in your toaster oven.
● or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
