    The Government of Uganda (GoU) through Uganda Railways Corporation (URC)


    is developing the Gulu Logistics Hub (GLH) project in conjunction with TradeMark
    East Africa (TMEA), Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, U.K.
    (FCDO) and the European Union (EU).

    Following the completion of the evaluation process, one Respondent, Unifreight


    Mitchell Cotts Consortium was pre-qualified for the next stage of the Procurement
    process.

    Accordingly, Unifreight Mitchell Cotts Consortium will, at an appropriate time be


    invited to submit a proposal for consideration by Uganda Railways Corporation
