SETTING GOALS FOR FUTURE SUCCESS

In our lesson we studied is about setting goals for future success. Setting defined,
quantifiable goals can help you enhance your job and attain your goals. You can utilize
goal setting when you are assigned a task or project, or when you want to develop in your
career. You can create goals for promotions, creativity, education, and a variety of other
aspects of your life and profession. Setting goals is essential because it provides a
framework for achieving milestones. Wanting to do or finish specific things in life is a
terrific place to start. Setting goals creates a path for you to follow in order to achieve
them. You should consider setting two sorts of goals: short term and long term. Short-term
goals are shorter-term objectives that you set for yourself in order to achieve your longer-
term objectives. Short-term goals might be thought of as milestones or stepping stones.
Short-term goals often exist for a short period of time, ranging from days or months to one
or two years. Short-term objectives are more urgent goals that you establish for yourself in
order to achieve your larger, long-term goals. Short-term goals might be viewed as
milestones or stepping stones. Short-term goals often have a short timeline, ranging from
days or months to one or two years. A SMART goal is used to help guide goal setting.
SMART is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic and
Timely. Therefore, a SMART goal incorporates all of these criteria to help focus your
efforts and increase the chance of achieving your goal. Goal is important to the lives of
people. We, humans, set goals so that we will not slip up on the wrong way or path. We
set goals to have meaningful life. I do believe that without goals our life will be useless
and we are not able to fulfill our purpose. If we don't have goals in life, it only means that
we don't have a plan to have a better future.
