Subject: Failure of the Research and Development Department

Dear Forest Service workers,

Failure of fulfilling reach and development protocols in the organizations associated with

multiple issues. Following the post by one of the scientists at the National Park Service, it is

evident that the R&D departments have failed in investigating the issue of how to enhance the

strategies put forth by the government regarding the reduction of wildfires in California. The

complaint letter from the scientist also claimed that failure to invest in new research trends and

consider the implications of research in solving the issue. Most of us know that failure to use

research and development is harmful to the organization, especially now that the firm is trying to

eliminate all wildfire incidents in the state.

However, we have outstanding scientists and other researchers who are always willing to

generate new ideas and foster changes within the department, which should be used as a

milestone for the organization. One of the strategies that can be used is by reaching out to all the

members of that department and also giving them different motivations to get them started. I

have reached out to some of the individuals who should be working alongside other officials to

investigate how the issue can be resolved. I am hoping that collaboration between the two teams

will allow the organization to arrive at its goals. In case of any questions, reach me at my email

attached above.
Sincerely

Jawad Safi
