The pulse survey provides a valuable opportunity to hear
the perspectives of our employees around the world on a
more regular basis, and we are committed to conducting
two pulse surveys each year.

In 2020, response rates increased, and overall
employee engagement was rated as favorable by
81% of respondents, which was a 13 percentage point Are acquiring the knowledge and skills

While we saw impressive progress compared to our


2018 results, we also identified additional opportunities
for improvement. These include continuing to make the
required changes to live up to our objective of working %
