The present application is filed by the applicant-State

praying for fixing the early date of hearing of the main matter.

Heard Mr. Pranav Trivedi, learned APP appearing on

behalf of the applicant-State and perused the present
application.

Learned APP submitted that lastly the matter listed on

17/04/2020. It is also submitted by learned APP that
allegations are serious in nature which requires proper
investigation. He also submitted that final hearing of the
matter would bring progress to the issue.

Considering the averments made in the application,

present application is allowed.
