AGENT shall conduct Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) and issue a certificate of ‘completion to CANDIDATE; 4. CANDIDATE holds the AGENT free from any and all liabilities arising from any prior agreemenJarrangement with QATAR AIRWAYS. and any other third-party recruiter and/or ‘consultant.
