Colon cancer related to low fibre, high fat diet as evidenced by intractable vomiting.
Severe acute malnutrition related to poor dietary intake as evidenced by BMI of 16kg/Msq.

 To educate the patient on a diet high in fruit, nuts, whole grains, vegetables, chicken and
fish
 To advice the patient to reduce the intake of sugar fats and processed or red meat
 To reduce increase of insulin which increases chances of colon cancer
