& QUALIFICATIONS:

Participants should meet the overall

performance scorecard for the last 3
months.

No Compliance/Auto Fails/Level 3
and 4 QA Escalations hit in the last 3
months.

No Second Warning and above

active on file.

Attendance performance should be

at least 95% for the last 3 months.

Should have at least 6 months tenure

within the account.

Performance assessment will also be

included as part of the identification
process.
