 During the meeting or event

The management must: 1) give a briefing or deliver information; 2) create a sense of belonging; 3)
encourage people to wash their hands on a regular basis; 4) encourage participants to use their elbows
to protect their faces; 5) offer contact information or a phone number for a health hotline; 6) dispensers
of alcohol-based hand rub should be conspicuously displayed throughout the arena; 7) seats should be
set up if there is room; 8) windows and doors should be open; and last, follow the preparedness plan if
someone starts to feel unwell.

 After the meeting or event

The management must: 1) keep a list of all participants' names and contact information; 2) the organizer
should notify attendees if someone at the meeting or event has been isolated as a possible COVID-19
case; and last, they should stay at home and self-isolate if they get even a minor cough or a low-grade
fever (38°C or above).

 Deploying employees for field work

Withhold deploying staff for field work as much as possible, and stay current on the newest advisories
from the Department of Trade and Industry for Enterprises Allowed to Operate for guidance. If field
labor is required, make sure the person follows personal hygiene precautions and wears the appropriate
protective gear. As needed, provide extra help.
