Appointment approval letter must sign by management (HOD, HR , GM,MD ) 7. Letter of offer – must contains what are documents should carry while joining 8. Candidate need to send acceptance of offer to HR ( with in 5 days or offer liable to be cancelled ) 9. While Joining fill up – Employment form 10.Job Description to be signed by candidate – Conditions of employment 11.Collect – Certificate copies + Adhar Card copy + Pan Card Copy + 8/10 PP 12.Issue Appoint Letter (Make this letter ready for candidate) 13.Appoint Letter ( Middle level employees) (Appt order – Top Level executives) 14.If age above 58 – keep retainership Agreement ready (ensure that not issue appointment letter to above 58 candidates ) 15.Sending him /her for induction format 16.Induction feed back from candidate 17.Original Appt Letter duly signed by MD be given to candidate 18.Duplicate copy of Appt. Letter must be in employee file , one copy in Box file named Appt Letters 19.Copy of JD will be in JD – Box file 20.Issue of Uniform if any , Punching number allocation , 21.IF executives positions Official email + visiting card be given 22.Joining report – Prepare & sent to MD /GM
