IT Infra operation – Associate Technical Analyst

 Excellent communication skills (Spoken, Read & written)

 Understanding of Computer fundamentals, OSI layers etc.
 Any basic/ working knowledge on Server Operating systems like Windows/Unix/Linux.
Exposure to Active Directory, User management etc. along with virtualization
 Understanding of cloud tech like AWS, Azure, GCP
 Understanding of basic networking, routing, switching, IP etc.
 Preference for candidates with basic certification like MCSA, CCNA, AWS, Azure etc.
 Good to have knowledge on Python/Powershell automation
 Adaptability, ability to learn faster, independent, responsible and diligent.
 Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
 Handle incident / Change/ problem tickets and resolution on a 24x7 basis for enterprise IT
Infrastructure remotely.
 Timely escalation of incidents to higher levels when required.
 ITIL Process compliance
 System administration of Enterprise IT Infrastructure
 With excellent operational competency, will be exposed to migrations, implementation of
new technologies by working with Architects/ SMEs/ Implementation specialists.

Selection Process: Assessment + Personal interviews. The Shortlisted candidates

will be undergoing 6-8 weeks of onsite training in office, on
above technologies before getting into production on live
