that the verification of Original Documents/ Testimonials is scheduled to be held
from 06.12.2017 to 08.12.2017 at K.E.B. Engineers' Association Building,
behind HESCOM Corporate Office, Navanagar, Hubballi-580 025.
The candidates [Other than Physically Challanged] shortlisted for
selection to the posts Notified in HESCOM are requested to download their call
letters from HESCOM website www.hescom.co.inonorafter29.11.2017 by
logging on with their application ID and Date of Birth.
Candidates have to produce all the original documents and one set of
Photocopies[Xerox] on the day of verification of documents as per call letter. The
candidates may note that no individual call letters will be sent. Requests for
alternate dates will not be entertained. All the other details are available in the
call letter.
The candidates who do not attend the document verification process on
the scheduled dates will not be considered for selection.
