Use these questions to get your kids thinking about the Big Idea.
• Do you think angels are real?
• What do you think angels look like?
• What do you think is an angel’s job? (Help: An angel’s job is to
worship God, point us to Jesus, share God’s messages, and
help us to know God’s love.)

Introduce Big Idea.

Pray & Discuss: After the video take time to talk about it together.
• What verses from the Bible were a part of the God Story?
• What was the Life Story about?
• How did the Life Story and God Story connect with the Big
Idea?
• Pray: Dear God, thank you that you use angels to protect us
and send messages to your people. Thank you that nothing can
separate us from your amazing love. In Jesus’ name we pray,
AMEN.

Craft Activity Prep: Gather supplies as needed; supplement where needed.

• Let your child design an angel using the supplies available.
Supplies: • Tell them that the Bible has various descriptions of angels.

Supplies:
• Key verse sign
Review the key verse together. Discuss:
• Is there anything in that verse that you don’t understand?
• What do you think the verse is saying?
• What do you think is the most important part of that verse?

As a family, create your own actions to the verse. See if you can learn it
together and then randomly throughout your week, stop what you are
doing and say the verse together!

Key Verse:
I am absolutely sure that not even death or life can separate us from
God’s love. Not even angels or demons, the present or the future, or any
powers can separate us.
