SUBJECT :Spot Report of Robbing Incident

DATE :FEBRUARY 15, 2022

1. At about 8:00 o'clock in the evening of February 15, 2022 along J. Hernandez Ave.,cor Panganiban
Drive. Naga City. Exiquiel Fulido and Pascual Antolin, held-up Rosa De Lerio of Canaman, Camarines Sur
at gunpoint and divested the latter of her cash money, jewelries and other personal belongings
amounted to Php 100,000.00 more or less. Exiquiel Fulido is the one armed with a handgun at the time
of the commission of the offense. However, Police Officer Juan Dela Cruz and John Sta Ana who happens
to be in patrol in that area were able to notice the incident and subsequently able to arrest the culprits
in the act of committing the crime(inflagrante delicto).

2. Upon initial inquiry, the suspects were found to be both from Iriga City and were members of the
dreaded "Tutok-Kalawit gang",whose members are subject for manhunt by the local police due to series
of robbery/hold-up in the area.
