Purpose of the Policy:


The purpose of this policy is to identify and standardized the procedures for responding to violence’s of
code of conduct. On the Violence to any company policy, the following action can be taken and the
weightage will affect the performance.

1- Show-Cause Notice:

• Written Warning by Show-Cause Notice document by email


• Required answer on the Show-cause notice in 2 days.
• Response will decide the action (according to the seriousness of matter can affect)

2- Negative Memo:

• Written Warning by email


• Flag of seriousness (according to the matter of seriousness we will flag the negative memo)
• Yellow (lighter warning) (5%)
• Orange (Mid- level warning) (10%)
• Red (high alert) (15%)

Authority:

Show Cause or Negative Memo will be given to the respective employee by HR Department after the
investigation of the matter.

1- Managers will raise the concern to the HR Department for the incident happening and share the
remarks for the further process.
2- HR Department will further investigate the matter and take the decision as per their report.

Note: Negative memo will be affecting the performance according to the weightage.
