NARRATION

Weekly payment is mandatory and non negotiable. Standard operating procedure “SOP” should be
applied at all times. Collection time is 8:00 to 9:00 AM. Every centre has its scheduled day of
collection every week. Zero tolerance should be implemented at all times no clients will be permitted
not paid on time on their weekly payments. In case the client does not pay her weekly payment, she
will be under sit down, meaning the centre officers and PAO will stay from the client’s house or vicinity
and will stay until such time they secure her payment. In the event the client failed to pay her
obligation, she will voluntarily surrender Cut off time – 3:00 PM.

Every Member of the center should give their payment to the Center Officer for consolidation.
Payments to the Center Offcer should be done from is 8:00 to 9:00 AM. Once all payments for the
Center has been completed, the Center Officer will go to the Bank to deposit all the amount. After
then, the deposit slip will be submitted to the Program Account Officer at the Center. Once the
Program Account officer collected all the deposit slips for the centers, it will submitted to the Office at
the Accounting for consolidation.
