WHEREAS, the canvass price is higher than the PR price, the school made
its cost estimation lower than the actual cost. To mention:

WHEREAS, the item number 19 (Toilet Bowl) has the lowest canvass price
amounting to 650.00 but the body chooses the item worth 1,500.00 due to
product durability.

WHEREAS, the rest of the items’ lowest canvass price is still higher
than the PR price.
RESOLVED as this body hereby resolved to pursue the purchase of the said
items needed allotted for the procurement of SHS materials and supplies.
