A RESOLUTION requesting to increase the quantity of items to maximize
the budget of Unexpended CA 2021 of SHS.

WHEREAS, the increase of quantity of item no. 1 from 30 pieces to 33

pieces and increase of quantity in item no. 6 from 1 to 3 pieces since
the PR price is higher than the actual price.
