have the required skill to accomplish the job within tolerances.

❖ Co-ordination with engineers, safety department etc.,

❖ Organizing required material, tools and equipment to the workplace.

❖ To examine and monitor work progress, materials, and contraction site to assure

safety and make sure that specifications are matching with real work to issue

invoices.

❖ Planning of daily activities according to the instructions of engineer project

engineer and the availability of resources.

❖ Collecting all the required information and explaining those to subordinates.

❖ Assigning and motivating manpower to archive the goal efficiently.

❖ Calculating the resources required to accomplish the job.
