Relation between Incinerator distance and price of the house

It is found that when the incinerator distance is at 15500 ft, the house price is found to be maximum
at this distance.
5) Dependancy of House Prices

Thus as per analysis, number of bathrooms along with the area of the houses contribute in
determining the prices of the house. Thus incinerators do have impact on the costing of the
houses.
