75 Champions of Rural Development
National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj under the ministry of rural development
planning to honour 75 champions those who made a difference in rural development on the
occasion of 75 years of Independence celebrations. In this occasion, the nominations are invited
from the institutions and the individuals who worked for the development of the rural sector since
independence. The awarded champions will be invited and honoured at New-Delhi on
15th August 2022.

Note:
1. Application can be submitted by the organisations/ individuals working for the rural development
2. Nominations can also be submitted by the representatives of the family members/others (in post
humous cases)
3. Nominations with more than one theme should submit separate application
