My name is César Magenge, 23 years old, born in Matola-Maputo. I am a finalist student of the
Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Lúrio University.

The announcement about the Field Ready Program that I saw on the Linkedin platform caught
my attention because this is the opportunity to grow professionally. This opportunity will enable
me to participate in personal skills and applied skills training promoted by Field Ready and field
experience that will help me gain professional experience and be able to interact with other
participants to share experiences.

During my student career, I had the opportunity to participate in a training in Hygiene Safety and
Environment at Work at Lúrio University provided by the +Emprego Program in a partnership
with the European Union. I also participated in Scientific Journeys 2022 that I developed a
prototype, this experience helped me to develop responsibility, teamwork, leadership, creativity
and experience to help the Community.

I believe that with my knowledge, willpower to learn, this program will help a lot to make me a
qualified professional to be able to offer innovative solutions in the work environment in
companies, be able to contribute to the development of my country and inspire the young people
of my province.

The image I have of the Field Ready Program is one of commitment to the training of students
and recent graduates and a continuous eagerness to participate.
