Statement of the Problem
This study aims to determine the Barriers in Learning English
Language among Liberal Arts Students of La Carlota City College
during the first semester SY: 2021-2022.

Specifically, it aimed to answer:

1. What is the profile of the Liberal Arts Student during SY
2021-2022 in terms of;
a. Age
b. Sex
c. Year level
2. The level or capacity of the student in learning English
learning skills during SY 2021 – 2022 in terms of:
a. Speaking
b. Listening
c. Writing
d. Reading
