Reflection Essay:

I learned that there is a way that anyone can enjoy being fit without them knowing or they called leisure
activities. I understand fitness can be achieve without forcing themselves to do they didn’t want to do
but making changes in their physical health. In my opinion, we do recreational activities in everyday life,
if you are a wanderer or an athlete, what you do can be recreational.

Recreational activities are activities or habits that you do even if it is plan or not like biking or hiking, the
meaning and purpose of recreational activity is to make an individual or a group entertain even if it was
indoor or outdoor activities, and have some fun like what tutor Badeth tell about her valentine’s day
that she didn’t expect to have an activities with her co-workers and they enjoy it. But, ave fun is not only
the purpose of recreation activities but to enhance our physical fitness like our skill related fitmess and
health related fitness.

In my conclusion, I learn from Tutor Badeth and Shenn that recreational ativities can be done in free
time to make an individual relax, fun, entertain, gain again energy and to achieve their pleasure, but we
always think that we need to do our important task or jobs before this activities plan that make
enjoyment in freetime, also we need to consider our ability to participate in this kind of activities
because they said that some people or even an environment can be a barrier to can not be a participant
for this activities which make increase in inactive of a person.
