● How do you see communication playing a role in your day-to-day activities?

Communication is an important skill in everyday activities, it allows us to express our ideas,


needs and feelings to our team. It is important that our communication methods be effective, so
it can help us to keep a good working environment in the team, since feedback would be
welcome, our objectives will be clear and planning a path to achieve them will be easier.

Also in an environment where a big company is divided into teams, communication allows us to
create conexions so we all together can interact and reach bigger goals.

● How do you communicate the importance of workforce management to your


audience?

The mission of the workforce department is to maximize the performance of each sector of the
company. In order to do this, the workforce department analyzes information, evaluates patrons
and trends and it's able to find an optimal amount of resources such time, talent and treasure.

This way, plans within the company are optimized and so is the performance and production.
And the company keeps up with the industry needs using its resources the best way.
