Dear Ma’am Anne,

Despite the fact that we didn't get to meet you very often, I am happy for the times we did, and I
can still remember when you called my name in our first class. I was anxious at the moment, but it
all went away when you started laughing. I admire how approachable you are. It means a lot to me
that you check in on how things are doing, because school can be a stressful. You enabled us to freely
express our experiences, feelings, and opinions throughout the course, which helped me understand
many of the principles we learned. I genuinely loved every minute of your lecture, as well as your
wonderful sense of humor. Thank you for a terrific first semester at college!
