Please enter the appearance of the undersigned as counsel for the

complainant in the above-entitled case. Henceforth, it is respectfully asked
that all notices, summonses, orders, pleadings, resolutions, decisions, and
other documents related to the above-entitled case be served to the
undersigned counsel at the address indicated below.

Moreover, please allow MR. REYNAN G. DE VERA, the attorney-

in-fact of NORMA DE VERA BARICUATRO and ROSA
BARICUATRO ILAO, surviving spouse and child of the late
CRESCENTE C. BARICUATRO, respectively, to appear during the
proceedings in this case, with the assistance of the undersigned counsel,
whenever required.

A copy of the “Special Power of Attorney” executed by the above-

named substitutes in favor of Mr. De Vera is attached hereto, and made an
integral part hereof, as Annex “A”.

WHEREFORE, in view of all the foregoing, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Office that, after due consideration, this ENTRY
OF APPEARANCE (WITH AUTHORITY TO APPEAR) be duly noted.
It is further prayed for that MR. REYNAN G. DE VERA be allowed to
appear in the proceedings in this case for and in behalf of the complainant’s
substitutes, NORMA DE VERA BARICUATRO and ROSA
BARICUATRO ILAO.
