Sir:

We would appreciate if we could be allowed to use Mansalay Sports, Education, and Cultural
Center for the conduct of a one-day men’s volleyball league on Saturday, June 04, at 7:00 AM
onwards. This initiative is a grassroots program of our organization which is aimed at scouting
and honing local talents in the said sport as well as promoting character development through
camaraderie.

We regularly conduct the said league on Saturdays at different venues in our municipality in
the hopes of opening avenues for our youths to excel in the same. This time, we are taking
this activity to your community, and we are fervently praying for your warm accommodation.

Please be assured that we shall make responsible use of the facility and that arrangements
shall be made to keep it clean and orderly throughout the duration of the tournament.
