REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES Department Of Health National Center for Mental Health GUIDELINES IN THE DELIVERY OF NEURO-PSYCHIATRIC AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT UNIT (NPAU) FOR THE NEW NORMAL In support to the National Government and the Department of Health's effort to sustain the implementation of minimum health standards and considering the safety of all examinees and ‘our personnel who will be exposed to health risks while conducting the assessment, we hereby advocate the following health and safety protocols: 1. All applicants are required to undergo Triage where their body temperature shall be checked and Health Declaration Form will be filed up before entering the hospital's premises. 2. Obligatory bringing and wearing of protective face mask (at least 3-ply surgical mask) and face shield for their entire stay atthe hospital's premises. 3. Prior to the entry to the testing area, body temperature shall be taken through thermal scanners. Applicants shall use the foot bath and be required to sanitize their hands and their plastic envelopes with their alcohol. 4. Physical distancing of two (2) meters from other applicants should always be observed, ‘Any gathering or assembly within the testing venue shall be strictly prohibited, 5. Immediate availabilty of 70% ethy! alcohol for hand disinfection is required. 6. Proper hand hygiene shall be observed particularly every after use of the restrooms. All applicants must bring the following kept ina clear plastic envelope on their scheduled testing day: Black or blue ball pen 2 Penis with eraser (no. 2) 4 piece 2x2 ID picture (white background, within 6 months) Referral Letter from refering agency Covid-18 Vaccination Card with at least two (2) doses For non-vaccinated applicants, please provide negative RT-PCR Test conducted within 48 hours Examination fee ~ 1,300 Face Mask (Surgical, 3-ply) Face Shield 70% Ethy alcohol Clear plastic envelope (for keeping required and permitted items) ‘+ Applicants shall arrive wearing corporaterbusiness attr, ‘+ Applicants will be scheduled for testing and no walk-ins shall be allowed to enter the testing area. Upon arrival, applicants’ body temperatures are checked. Applicant with temperature of more than 37.5 degrees Celsius shall not be allowed to enter and to take the test ‘© Applicants who are permitted to enter must record pertinent details at the Health Declaration Form at the Triage and Contact Tracing Sheet at the Neuropsychiatric and Psychological Assessment Unit. ‘= Mobile phones must be turned off or put to silent mode and bags should be placed under their respective tables. ‘= Group testing will be done; therefore, applicants are expected to be on time as they wil all start at the same time. The testing proper will begin at exactly 7:30 am. Late comers are subject to reschedule. + The battery of psychological tests to be administered depends upon the position applied for and the employment status of the referred applicants. ‘© Results shall be released after 14 working days from the day of testing to one (1) official liaison of the institution where clients are applying, every 3° Thursday cf the month, at 9 O'clock in the morning. As protocol, they are to bring their own alcohol and wear face masks Upon entry and while inside hospital premises. With the pandemic stil looming and not ended, itis imperative that we place the safety of our personnel and clients at the utmost priority, hence the necessity of strict compliance with the ‘aforementioned directives. Itis highly advised that we become more vigilant and aware of our condition and bodies that we would appreciate for you to inform us ahead for possible re-scheduling, as we rather protect ‘one another from being health compromised.
