Fall-prevention kits description

TRUCK TANKERS KIT (TLB/TOLB)

Complete kit for 2 simultaneous users:
 1 (one) Life line made of:
 1 stainless steel cable of 15 meters to be cut and adjust to the necessary length and fixed on existing
metallic structure,
 1 pretension indicator at one extremity,
 1 absorber on the other extremity,
 1 braid to assure electric continuity between cable and structure.
 2 bull-wheels sliding on the cable.
 If necessary life line can accept 3 users simultaneously

 2 (two) universal fastener system to hook cable:

 To be installed on the existing metallic structure on each side in order to have parallel life line on
top of the truck’s working area,
 Set of steel plates, screws and anchorage loop,

 2 (two) fall arrest safety block (10 m):

 Fixed on the stainless steel pulleys sliding on the cable on one side,
 Clamped on the antistatic harness on the other side,
 Equipped with a small rope that is used to pull the fall arrest block when it is on upper
position (which is the normal rest position!),

 3 (three) safety harness:

 With removable back pad,

 1 (one) installation instruction:

 Description of controls to be done in order to realize a secured installation,
 Including the structural constraint to be supported: 800 daN on each side
 Parameters considered for calculation: user is between 2.80 et 3.20m above ground.

WAGONS KIT (WLB/WOLB)

Complete kit:
 3 (three) safety lanyard equipped with:
 2 snap hooks GO60 on one side to be clamped one after the other on the rung of the ladder in order
to have at any time one of the hook on one rung,
 1 zicral hook to be fixed on the harness
 1 absorber

 2 (two) safety harness:

 With removable back pad,

 4 (four) anchorage plate :

 With fall indicator
 To be fixed on the manhole
