1. Register IP Phone in Master/Backup Server
Application background: When used PBX fails, IP phone connected to the PBX server won’t work.
Solution: Register IP phone to 2 servers (master and backup servers). When master server fails, it
will automatically switch to backup server for normal call; when master server recovers, it will
automatically switch to master server.

Registration method: Log in IP phone webpage → Line → SIP → input information of main and
backup servers

SIP hotspot: It is a simple and practical function. It can be simply configured to realize group ring and
expand number of SIP accounts.
