RESOLUTION NO. 33

A RESOLUTION requesting to Proceed Local Canvas due to Fail Bid(No Bidder) for Fixed Hand
Washing.

WHEREAS, Section 35 of RA 9184 and its 2016 Revised IRR provides that the BAC shall declare the
bidding a failure when: a) No bids are received; b) All prospective bidders are declared ineligible; c) All bids
fail to comply with all the bid requirements or fail post-qualification, or, in the case of Consulting Services,
there is no successful negotiation; or d) The bidder with the LCRB, HRRB, SCRB or SRRB refuses, without
justifiable cause, to accept the award of contract, and no award is made in accordance with Section 40 of the
Act and this IRR;”

WHEREAS, there were no bids received.

WHEREAS, the school had decided to proceed to local canvas with a total amount of One Hundred Fifty
Thousand Thirty-Two Pesos and 25/100 Only (Php 150,032.25) as reflected in the APP.

NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation, the school BAC otherwise, agree to take into consideration
the aforementioned purchase.

ON THE MOTION MOVED by Rogelio M. De Benito Jr. and duly SECONDED by Jeffrey Lois S.
Maestrado, it was:

RESOLVED as this body hereby resolved, a resolution on the additional purchase of construction materials
be given due consideration.
