RESOLUTION NO. 35

A RESOLUTION requesting to maximize the budget of additional MOOE Allocation for Senior High
School.

WHEREAS, the budget of additional MOOE Allocation for Senior High School was Nine Thousand Five
Hundred Pesos Only (Php 9,500.00).

WHEREAS, the purchased was already been done following the allocated budget. However, there was still
remaining amount of Two Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 2,420.00) since the prices were
lower than the budgeted amount.

WHEREAS, the bidder of Floor Mop – Magic Mop Spinner with the price of P500.00 was awarded for the
reason that it Is durable and convenient, compared to the Original Mop with the price of P165.00.

WHEREAS, the school had decided to purchase the following items from the remaining amount:

NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation, the school BAC otherwise, agree to take into consideration
the aforementioned purchase.

ON THE MOTION MOVED by Rogelio M. De Benito Jr. and duly SECONDED by Jeffrey Lois S.
Maestrado, it was:

RESOLVED as this body hereby resolved, a resolution on the additional purchase of supplies be given due
consideration.
