FAT TESTING PROCEDURE

DESTINATION:
This Check is carried out to find out that all equipment in the rectifier operates according to the
proposed (given) standards, both with regards to voltage and alarms that are placed as safety/
protection on the rectifier ( OPERATING WELL ). So what when the installation is carried out in a
place that actually does not experience problems regarding operations and functions.
SAFETY:
In carrying out work related to power supply, ensure that all personel use protective equipment
against electric current, impact and pinching (cloth / rubber gloves, safety shoes and helmets).

1. VISUAL INPECTION : RESULT

All equipment in the rectifier is in good condition, there is

3. INSULATION RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT: AC Circuit – Ground : 2d222
Measure between AC circuit and Ground with DC 500V
In case that batteries are not connected.
AC Circuit – Ground : ≥ 5 MΩ DC Circuit – Ground : ≥ 5 MΩ
AC Circuit – Ground : ≥ 5 MΩ
