Entertain the crowd and spread happiness. We also pride ourselves in bringing out the latent
talent within the students, by conducting workshops for various dance forms.

Recruitment Process
1.We take interviews to understand their motivation behind joining the club, their strengths,
skills that we can utilize for the upliftment of the club
2. Evaluate their prepared dance performance and also ask them to perform impromptu
dance to evaluate if they have any choreographing skills

Termination Process
Who consistently unable to fulfill their responsibilities towards the club and does not meet
the KPI , then on basis of the team decision we mention 3 least performing members and
put them on probation period or terminate them accordingly.
