    Functions of Human Resource Management:


    Every manager in an organization has to perform the personal
    functions in one form or the other in order to get the things done
    through others.

    The functions of human resource management can be


    classified as:
    (i) Managerial Functions.

    (ii) Operative Functions.

    (i) Managerial Functions:
    The managerial functions are mainly concerned with planning,
    organizing, directing and controlling the various activities of personnel
    management.
