As a responsible health care provider of the state, we use to do CSR activities for the
betterment of the society. So on this auspicious occasion of Rath Yatra , Hitech Medical College
and Hospital is willing to provide free basic health checkup services and First Aid services to the
people through out the complete Rath Yatra Ceremony at Sector-5 Gundicha Mandir. Along
with this we would be providing energy drinks to the crowd as well.

It’s a kind request to the temple association, to provide us an area of 20ft X 10ft along with
electricity near the temple for setting up our facility .

We are very keen to be associated with you in providing required medical facilities during the
Rath Yatra period. We will have our doctors, Nurses and other supporting staffs to attend and
carry out the health checkups.
