Subject: Agreement to Extend the Contract of Lease
M1657 / OROQUIETA MOBOD

We have perused your proposal for the extension of the original lease agreement between us
which will expire February 15, 2022, pertaining to the use of our property at Purok 2, Mobod,
Oroquieta City as above-cited, for the location your cell site installations. We agree that for our mutual
benefit, an extension of the lease agreement is in order, subject to the following terms and conditions,
some of which may have been subject to updating and amendment, as follows:

1. Lease Period: The lease extension shall be for the new period of ten (10) years
commencing on February 16, 2022 to February 15, 2032.
2. Rental Rate: the LESSEE shall pay unto LESSOR as consideration of the lease
agreement a monthly rental of (₱21,052.63) inclusive of withholding tax.
3. Payment Schedule: The above consideration shall be payable quarterly in advance,
within the first fifteen (15) days of every applicable period.
4. Escalation: The rental rate as indicated above shall subject to 4.5% increase on the 4th
year for duration of new contract of lease.
5. Tax:
a. Documentary stamp tax shall be the account of LESSOR.

All other terms and conditions provided for in the existing Contract of Lease, not otherwise
inconsistent herewith remain unaltered and shall continue to be in full force and effect. This shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their heirs, successors and permitted assigns.
