1. Opening Prayer
The opening prayer was led by Bro. Nathan Cornella
2. Word of God
The Lord will deliver us, yesterday, today and forever. Rev. Alfaro extended his gratitude to the
CMT for the support and prayers they have given.
4. Financial Report
As of the time of the meeting, the financial report was not yet done and finalized. However, Sis.
Jeanette, the church treasurer, gave an update on the cash in bank which amounted to P224,337.84.
Also, in relation to expenses during the lockdown, all payables were settled.
Benevolence was released to some members who were hospitalized because of COVID.
Next meeting, the financial report can be presented and accepted by the CMT.
5. Business Proper
A. Preparation for the Sunday Worship at the Church
With the lifting of Sunday lockdown for fully vaccinated individuals, the CMT agreed to meet
physically at church in the following Sundays.
Whatever is recommended by the local government, the CMT decided that the church comply
with precautions and safety measures.
The CAMACOP has not issued any order or instruction that not vaccinated individual are not
allowed to join the onsite church gathering/ worship service, however, the LGU EO do not
allow unvaccinated individuals to go out on a Sunday.
The CMT agreed to comply with the LGU EO but should there be unvaccinated individuals
attending/ coming to the service, we will let them, following basic safety protocols.
One member of the Praise and Worship Team not yet vaccinated will be advised on the
restriction of the LGU.
B. Christmas Celebration
December 19, 2021 will be the date for the Christmas celebration.
Speaker will be Ptr. Budy Alfaro.
Program committee will be spearheaded by Sis. Fechie
Food Committee will be spearheaded by the Women
6. Closing Prayer
The closing prayer was led by Bro. Frank Labang.
