the consequences of being caught drinking at work. The CTA officer had suspected the driver
of being inebriated at work previously, which reaffirmed her suspicion.

2. The CTA officer's report was factual and at the same time, the driver's statements seemed
fabricated. So, before the recordings are further analysed, Aaron should go with the CTA
officer's reports as a start and consider further investigation based on statements from both
sides.
