Tell me something about yourself

Hello Everyone,

My name is Madhav Arora, I’m a professional who has the ability to structure problems well and identify
the important tasks at hand, I have 24 months of work experience in Amazon for the first 11 months I
was working as a Quality Specialist and for the next 13 months, I was working as a Business Operations
Specialist.

During my tenure with Amazon, I’ve won several awards like 2 SPOT Awards for my automation and
extensive deep dives and 1 Neo Award for ramping up quickly in the process.

I’ve also won several Marketing Case Study competitions during my tenure with Great Lakes, I’ve won 1 st
position in a Marketing Competition organized by CU CET, Kerala; 2 nd Position again in a marketing
competition organized by Delhi School of Management; I’ve also participated in a Live project pertaining
to Product Management, There I’ve won 5 th position.

During my college, I was the class representative for 2 consecutive years, I also won 1 st position in my
first year during my B. Com (Hons); I was actively working with the Rotaract Club of my college for
promoting social good i.e. Imparting Education for children, Feeding the Poor, Elderly care, etc.

Apart from this, I’m a long-term investor and I’m quite proud of my portfolio performance during the
pandemic season as it was all green even during a market downturn, apart from this I’m also interested
in Drawing and Poster making.

I’m also interested in reading books some of the books which I’ve recently read include Arthshastra by
Kautilya, The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham and Toyota Way.

I intend on being a solution-oriented person than a problem-oriented one.
