PROMISSORY NOTE

For value we received, we spouses Bernardo L. De Vera and Petronilla De Vera, both of legal
age, and a resident of Fatima Village Sta Cruz Porac, Pampanga, promise to pay Mr. Eduardo B. Marcelo
the amount of three hundred fifty thousand pesos (Php 350,000) on September 8, 2022 with monthly
interest of ten percent (10%), payable monthly, not advance interest, with collateral offered TCT #
540958-R, with an area of one hundred eighty square meters (180 sqm).

legal age, and a resident of Palat Porac, Pampanga, promise to pay Mr. Eduardo B. Marcelo the amount
of three hundred fifty thousand pesos (Php 350,000) on November 11, 2022 with one month advance
interest payable monthly, with collateral offered TCT # 042-2020007780, with an area of five hundred
fifty-one square meters (180 sqm).
