Mechanized plasma cutting torch

Powerful plasma cutting/gouging
Powerful plasma cutting/gouging torch cuts up to 19 mm
and severs 30 mm material thicknesses. PT-37 torch has
superior start reliability and cutting performance
combined with long part life resulting in clean high
quality cuts at high speeds. PT-37 can be used for cutting
and piercing on all electrically conductive materials, e.g.
mild steels, aluminium and “stainless steels”.

• Blowback technology – eliminates high-frequency starts that can

disrupt electronic controls and nearby computer systems
• Available with or without 32 pitch rack (10 teeth per inch, US
industrial standard). Without rack, clamp the torch body - diameter
35mm.
• 100% duty cycle for enhanced productivity allowing for continuous
operation even at maximum thickness.
• Robust machined torch components provide for reliability, durability
and ease of maintenance
• Metal nozzle and shield stand up to the toughest cutting conditions
• Tool-less quick disconnect torch connections to PowerCut™.
Disconnects from the machine without the use of wrenches or
special tools. Easily disconnect your torch for storage, repairs or
replacement, or attach a PT-38 manual torch for other applications
• Used together with ESP 101, PowerCut™ 900, 1300 or 1600.

Start-up kits
• Keeps your parts organized. With the
specifications in the lid it is easy to find and order
the parts you need.
• Start-up kits are available for the capacities of
100A, 70A or 60A.
• Use the included silicon grease to keep the
O-rings soft and increase their lifetime.
