Chicken Cudgel Crispy

Material :
1. Sasa of versatile flour
2. Egg
3. Chicken wings

Steps :
1. Clean chicken wings with water. After that, cut the chicken’s wings into three sections
and remove the tip of the wings.
2. Separate the muscle from the chicken wing bones.
3. Don’t forget to throw the small bone on the midwing and wrap the flesh together.
4. You can also round up the flesh on the bibs.
