Ward No.001 of Kodungaiyur Village, Perambur Taluk, Chennai District,
measuring an extent of 1190 Sq.ft.

All that piece and parcel of House, Ground and Premises bearing
Old Door No.31, New Door No.128A (128/A situated at Kamaraj Salai),
Kodungaiyur, comprised in Old Survey No.119/1, 119/2 as per TSLR
Patta Old Survey No.119/1B, Door No.31/128A, T.S.No.93, Block No.30,
Ward No.001 of Kodungaiyur Village, Perambur Taluk, Chennai District,
measuring an extent of 1673 Sq.ft.

OPINION:
Above said property in respect of Item No.1& 2 schedule mentioned
property spread out in Old Door No.31, New Door No.128A (128/A
situated at Kamaraj Salai), Kodungaiyur, comprised in Old Survey
No.119/1, 119/2 as per TSLR Patta Old Survey No.119/1B, Door
No.31/128A, T.S.No.93, Block No.30, Ward No.001 measuring an extent
of 2863 Sq.ft. situated in Kodungaiyur Village, Perambur Taluk,

1. As per the documents which handed over to me, I give the above
opinion.
2. Since Completion Certificate is not handed over to me for my
perusal, the property can be purchased if CMWSSB and TNEB
Connection is obtained in respect of each Flat Portion separately in
the name of the owners of the respective flat.
