IMPORTANT NOTES for our Weekly and Monthly stay:

 We require ₱5,000.00 reservation fee to hold the booking. A voucher Confirmation of reserved room type
with the duration of your stay and a receipt will be issued.
 Rental fee + Security deposit should be fully paid in advance or at the time of check-in.
 For our monthly stay and weekly stay, your rental payment is non-refundable if you decided to shorten
your stay, as the date has been already blocked for your duration of stay.
 A ₱5,000.00 security deposit is required for our monthly stay and ₱2,000.00 security deposit for our
weekly stay.
o Security deposit is refundable upon check-out less deductions e.g., damages or loss of hotel items.
 TWICE A WEEK ROOM CLEANING AND CHANGE OF LINENS.
 EVERY OTHER DAY ROOM CLEANING AND CHANGE OF TOWELS.
 INCLUSIVE USAGE OF ELECTRIC, WATER AND WIFI.
