Annual Day celebration

15 August 2019 was a great day in Montfort school ,Anakkara.It was a matter of
pride and joy for all. Students were very happy and excited to attend and perform
in the annual day program. All the students from class nursery to 12th
participated in this annual day celebration.All students, their parents, teachers
and staff and other respected invitees attended the function.
The programme started upon the arrival of the chief guest, the District Police
Commissioner at 4 pm. The proceedings began with welcoming speech delivered
by the principal.This was followed by a short speech by the chairman of the
school’s managing committee and also the chief guest.
Small kids, those who were in kindergarten, they all have to perform group dance
and other kids who haven’t participated in the dance have to sing the song or
recite the poem in the chorus.Then followed a number of dances and songs which
were beautifully presented and entertained the audience.

The programme ended with the Annual prize distribution ceremony and vote of
thanks by Vishal.
