2. All receipts MUST be submitted to ZOHO Expense System by you before the 10th day of the next month after
the receipt of the cash advance.
3. You shall return any balance from the cash advance to the Company, as soon as possible, failing to do so, the
Company reserve its absolute right to deduct the balance amount from your salary.
4. You also agree to only use the cash advance for the Purpose(s) stipulated herein and shall not spend the cash
advance for any other reasons without getting the approval from the Company. Failing to do so, the company
reserve its right to either deduct the entire amount from your salary and/or to initiate a civil action against
you to recover the amount misappropriated.
